"Mushroom buruk muka ke?" ( ",)

Water is one of important "ingredients" in fermentation media unless it is a solid substrate fermentation where water does not required for this case. So, example of solid substrate fermentation products are:

  1. Cheese
  2. Tapai (ubi)
  3. Tempe 
  4. Mushroom
Directly my student asking: How come mushroom miss??

I: U know ah that dried black mushroom. In malaysia, if i'm not mistaken, first produced in Sabah but now in few negeri also have.

Student 1: *blurrr face*
Student 2: Alah... biasa dalam sizzling hot plate tu...

I: Yes, that one lorrr...

Student 1: O.... You know miss, i actually pernah nak beli mushroom tu tapi muka dia buruk i don't want la.mcm x sedap.

I: Alah buruk2 pun da jadi sizzling tu sedap je you mkn kan?

Student 1: so miss, nnt exam kita nak letak mushroom buruk muka ke?
(seriously i can't hidden my laugh for that honest statement)

Hihi...mcm2 cerita kan? Actually the real name is Shitake Mushroom, I can't remember this cute name just now.hahaha, x pasal2 got new name. MUSHROOM BURUK MUKA
